4. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in connection with marketing, service development, customer surveys, contacts, billing, collection, reporting and other customer relationship management activities.

The purchase and transaction data and location data processed in the register may also be used for profiling and targeting marketing measures and customer communications. Personal data may be processed in connection with participation in events and other marketing activities.

 

5. REGISTER DATA DESCRIPTION

The register may process, among others, the following data necessary for the purpose of the register:

Basic information about the consumer, company or entity that is a customer of the controller, such as name and contact details (address, email address, telephone number) and the name and contact details of the contact person.

Information relating to the customer relationship between the controller and the data subjects, such as order information, appointment information, any direct marketing authorisations and opt-outs, and other communications between the parties and information relating to the service.

Information about the data subject's behaviour on the controller's website and other similar aggregation data, participation in events, data entered into events, and contacts.

The first and last name of the data subject who registered for an event of the controller, as well as any contact details and information provided for the event. The data entered by the data subject himself/herself to register for an event may include, but is not limited to, the following information: email, telephone number and address.

 

6. REGULAR DATA SOURCES

The data sources include information provided by the customer, the customer information system and billing database, usage and transaction data from websites, blogs and newsletters, and customer relationship management system data.

 

7. REGULAR DISCLOSURES

Data may be shared within Stafe OY, as well as with Stafe OY's subcontractors.

 

8. DISCLOSURE OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU OR ETA

If necessary, the controller may also outsource the processing of personal data to companies outside the company, which may also be located in countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, such as the United States. These companies may process personal data to provide, for example, infrastructure and IT services, or other services such as sending newsletters. In such cases, adequate data security and data processing are ensured through the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, or through contractual arrangements using model clauses approved by the EU Commission. The personal data to be transferred may include name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

 

9. PRINCIPLES OF REGISTER PROTECTION

Only the controller and specifically designated persons have access to the register data. Only the designated persons are entitled to process and maintain the data in the register. Users are bound by confidentiality.

The computer network and the computer equipment on which the register is located are protected by firewalls and other technical measures. 

 

10. RIGHT OF INSPECTION

As a general rule, everyone has the right to inspect the data concerning him or her.

The request for inspection must be made in writing by hand-signed letter or in person at the controller's premises. The request shall be addressed to the registry administrator

The request for inspection is free of charge and is made no more than once a year (12 months).

 

11. RIGHT TO REQUEST CORRECTION OF DATA

Anyone has the right to request the correction of inaccurate information contained in the register.

The request for rectification should be made in writing and should be sufficiently specific: the request must state the name and the incorrect and rectified information. The request should be addressed to the registry administrator.

 

12. Cookies

This website uses cookies. Cookies are pieces of information that describe the use of an Internet service, such as data stored on the user's computer, which can be used to control communication between the Internet browser and the server. The user can choose to prevent the use of cookies by changing the settings on one's browser.

 

13. STATISTICS ON THE USE OF THE WEBSITE

Statistics on the use of the website are anonymously collected through log files and cookies. Users' personal data are not combined with traffic statistics.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 6, SECTION 26 OF THE PERSONAL DATA ACT, THE RIGHT OF INSPECTION IS EXERCISED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE PERSONAL DATA ACT.

 

The data subject has the right to inspect the data recorded about him/her in the register, the right to demand the rectification of inaccurate data and the right to have recourse to the legal remedies provided for in the Personal Data Act.

The data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for direct marketing, distance selling and other direct marketing, market research and public opinion polling. The objection will be recorded in the register. The data subject has the right to have his/her data checked once (every 12 months) free of charge by the controller.

Stafe OY discloses customer data only and exclusively to the subcontractor & within the limits required by applicable legislation. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area or the European Union.

 

PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER

The register is used only by Stafe OY and its subcontractors, who may also operate within or outside the EU. The register is stored behind firewalls. 

Disclaimer

 

The products offered by Stafe OY are made to be used only and exclusively for their original purpose. Stafe OY's responsibility for the product and its use is transferred from the company to the consumer when the product is shipped from Stafe OY's warehouse. Stafe OY shall not be liable for any accidents during the use of its products. The consumer has no right to blame Stafe OY for any accidents, as the responsibility has been transferred from the company to the consumer once this letter has been accepted and the order has been dispatched.

 

Stafe OY is not responsible for the timeliness of the information on the website and reserves the right to change the information at any time without notice to the consumer. Stafe OY also reserves the right to change the prices of the products it offers. The prices of the products are always clearly displayed in the context of the products.
