E-COMMERCE DELIVERY TERMS
Products in good condition have a 14-day right of exchange and return according to the Consumer Protection Act. Return the product according to the instructions that came with the order. In case of doubt, please contact info@stafe.fi

The customer is responsible for the postage of the returned product. In case of exchange or return we will not refund the original postage paid by the customer, only the value of the products.
Please note that we do not offer exchange or return policy for discontinued products. This right only applies to unused and sellable products with tags attached.
If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will pay the cost of the return and send the correct product in replacement or refund the customer the full amount of the sale. If the customer has received the wrong product or the product is faulty, they should inform us immediately by emailing info@stafe.fi.
We will dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of the order being placed. Please note that public holidays may delay the delivery of your order.
It is not possible to add or remove products from paid orders placed online. It is also not possible to change the delivery method afterwards. When placing an order, please make sure that all your details are correct!
For the time being, we only deliver within Finland. The prices of the products include VAT at 24%.
Letter delivery 1,90 €
All our parcels are delivered by Posti to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The delivery time is 1-3 working days. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to public holidays.
